We were appointed by a private Client to explore the development potential of a site positioned in front of a terrace of Grade II listed houses in Ramsgate. Research demonstrated that a lodge house had occupied this site in 1907 but we could not ascertain what happened to it nor could we find any photographic evidence. A scheme was submitted to the local planning authority representing our best estimate of what would have occupied the site. Pleasingly planning was obtained at first attempt! This has been a wonderful project to work on and we believe we have created a dwelling with a real look and feel of a Lodge House.
