The firm was established in Ramsgate, Kent in 2015 to meet the evident need for a multi disciplinary building surveying practice tailored to providing swift, cost effective advice and solutions for a myriad of Client types.
Since our inception we have recorded significant year on year growth and now provide a wider range of services across an ever growing geographical area.
In 2018 a London Office was added to increase our geographical reach and to provide an additional layer of convenience to a number of our Clients. In 2019, further Offices were added in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire and this geographical coverage was increased further in 2020 with locations in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. In 2022 a Norfolk base was added.

In addition to our professional surveying services, we also provide training to the property industry, principally to estate and letting agencies throughout the Country and we also provide property training for the National Federation of Property Professionals.
Who is Graham Kinnear?
Graham was educated at Eltham College, London and DeMontfort University from where he obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management.
Graham is a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Construction Manager and Surveyor who has a significant property background having established and run a multi branch letting and estate agency business which received 8 national awards, having co founded one of the nations leading tenant referencing and eviction practices, a firm which has been shortlisted as Best Legal Supplier on two occasions and having established two property investment firms which had a collective value in excess of £10M.
Graham was also finalist in the Lifetime Achievement in Property Award and features in the Who’s Who of Business Elite. His first book on property investment, “The Property Triangle” was published in 2015.
In addition, Graham is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, Fellow of the Property Consultants Society, Fellow of the Institute of Party Wall Surveyors, Member of the Guild of Incorporated Surveyors, Fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association, Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Chartered Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and has also obtained the Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency, Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management, Financial Planning Certificate and Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.
He is also qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor, Green Deal Advisor, On Construction Assessor and Legionella Risk Surveyor.
The firm provides a nationwide service in respect of party wall matters, energy assessments, building engineering and property training. Other services such as building surveys are currently only available in selected areas although plans are in place for these services to be expanded nationwide.
