Graham was educated at Eltham College, London and De Montfort University where he studied Land Management. He is a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Construction Manager and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Additionally he is a Fellow of both the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and the Institute of Party Wall Surveyors, Member of the Party Wall Academy, Member of the Guild of Incorporated Surveyors as well as being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He undertakes Building surveys, party wall matters (including acting as the Third Surveyor), energy surveys, project management, fire risk assessments and property dispute resolution. Graham also provides training to letting and Estate Agents following his 20 years and 8 national awards in that industry prior to surveying.
