We took on the party wall, building compliance and project management of this stunning Grade II listed property for a private Client. The aim was to produce a spectacular family home and bring back into use a dwelling which had been vacant for almost 30 years. As well as the significant and sympathetic refurbishment and repair of period features, the project also involved the installation of a heating system, rewiring as well as the installation of a sprinkler system for fire detection. This is a six month project which involves the complete refurbishment of the building as well as external repair and redecoration.
A delighted Client, the project having been brought in on time and on budget. The property was offered for let and was reserved by the first family who viewed it.
