We were absolutely delighted to be appointed to undertake a thorough site survey and to produce a specification of works to deal with the external redecoration and repair of the locally renowned Temeraire Court, reportedly named after Joseph Turner's famous painting "The Fighting Temeraire". For those who have not visited Margate recently, this building was formerly the Fort Lodge Hotel which suffered a fire in 2005 and was subsequently converted into a number of very well appointed apartments. Following our inspection and report, AK decorators (https://www.akdecorations.co.uk) were appointed locally by KPM Ltd (and Temeraire’s own RTM) to undertake the required works to bring the front and west aspect of the building back to looking its absolute best. We were very proud to be involved with such an iconic building and look forward to its continual restoration.
