We were appointed to undertake Party Wall Matters in respect of the redevelopment of this modern building to provide a number of self contained apartments.
The property now looks very contemporary and provides a high level of accommodation. Two of the apartments were let immediately the scheme was offered to the market. Amoung the features at this development are electric vehicle charging points. A scheme we have been very proud to have been involved with!
