We were initially engaged to undertake Party Wall Matters for the conversion of this redundant building into three apartments. We were subsequently appointed to select a construction team and project manage the build. The build was quite challenging not least as the building had been vacant for almost 30 years. The aim was to create a flat on each floor via refurbishment and to substantively rebuild the rear outrigger section which was in a serious state of disrepair. This was to be a six month project.

After Completion

The project has turned out incredibly well. There is a vast two bedroom apartment to the ground floor with access to a garden. The first floor apartment has a balcony with sea views and the top floor apartment is flooded with natural light. The results are spectacular. Three stunning apartments all of which let immediately they were placed on the rental market!
