This project involved the refurbishment of two existing apartments above a ground floor commercial space together with the refreshing of the commercial area to allow the building to return to use as a rental investment. In addition planning consent has been obtained to introduce further apartments and hence this project will be ongoing beyond the initial refurbishment works.

After Completion

The ground floor was let long before the refurbishment works were completed and will become a new home to a digital marketing agency. One of the upper floor apartments was secured off plan and the remaining one was let promptly following completion of the works. We feel the facade now makes a far more positive contribution to this Conservation Area of Northdown Road.
