We were appointed to undertake the Party Wall Matters in respect of the demolition of a dwelling and its replacement with a terrace of modern homes.

After Completion

With a Party Wall Award prepared and served authorising the works, the Developer was able to proceed with the development. The result being a spectacular scheme of contemporary homes, all of which were under offer before being completed.
