I would thoroughly recommend Graham Kinnear Consultants for party wall matters. I had so many questions, having never had to have a party wall agreement before and they were very patient answering them all. Both Graham and Cheryl made everything very clear and gave advice without trying to ‘upsell’ anything unnecessary. Cheryl was always at the other end of phone or email for me. They were also very transparent from the start with fixed pricing, where others were impatient answering questions and would only give quotes per hour with no idea how long it would take. Graham and Cheryl made what I thought would be a very stressful process smooth and stress free. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
