Meet the Team

Cheryl Murphy is our Practice Manager and has overall responsibility for the administration functions of the firm. Her role includes Client liaison, the management of the surveyors diaries as well as the book-keeping and HR. Prior to her role at Graham Kinnear Property Consultant, Cheryl was Senior Property Manager at a multi branch Letting Agency. She has worked with Graham since 2011 and is based in our Kent Office.

Leigh is one of our Account Managers, based at our Ramsgate Office and is responsible for Client liaison, Management of the surveyors diaries, and business development. Leigh brings over 25 years of experience in research, insight and client relationship management, having previously worked with leading brands across the UK and internationally. As Account Manager at Graham Kinnear Property Consultant, Leigh plays a key role in supporting appointing owners throughout the party wall process, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and communication remains clear at every stage.

With a background spanning media agencies, consultancy and strategic insight roles, Leigh has built a reputation for delivering a professional, personable and highly organised service. Her experience working across complex projects and managing client relationships for major organisations gives her a calm and solutions-focused approach.

Casey is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and is responsible for undertaking Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties across Kent and the South East.

Prior to joining us, Casey built a successful career in retail management, leading large teams and managing busy customer-facing operations. In recognition of his contribution to the retail sector and local communities, Casey was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for Services to Retail in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.

Drawing upon his extensive customer service experience, Casey is committed to providing a professional, reliable and efficient service to homeowners, landlords, estate agents and property professionals requiring EPCs.

As part of the GKPC team, Casey undertakes residential EPC assessments, helping clients understand the energy performance of their properties and ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Graham was educated at Eltham College, London and De Montfort University where he studied Land Management. He is a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Construction Manager and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Additionally he is a Fellow of  the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors , Member of the Party Wall Academy, Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety, Member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Society, Member of the Guild of Incorporated Surveyors as well as being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He undertakes party wall matters (including acting as the Third Surveyor), energy surveys, project management and property dispute resolution.
