We’re proud to announce that we’ve been shortlisted as finalists for Consultant of the Year at the London Construction Awards 2025. This recognition reflects our team’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering outstanding service across the construction sector and we are delighted to be recognised at such a national level.

We were honoured to be named as Finalists in the 2025 South East Construction Awards for the Best Construction Supplier Category.  As always, we are thrilled that our continued efforts are being recognised at this level.

We were thrilled to be a shortlisted Finalist at the 2024 London Construction Awards in the Consultant of the Year category. Judging looks at technical expertise, Client feedback and an analysis of the construction projects that we have been involved in. Accordingly it is hugely flattering to be a finalist in this category.

We have been shortlisted as Finalist yet again for the category Best Construction Business Award at the Canterbury Business Awards. It is one that we have won in the past but never two years in a row! We are delighted that our work in Kent continues to be recognised and appreciated.

WINNER of BEST CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS at the 2023 Kent Business Awards held at the County Showground on 29 November 2023. Incredibly pleased for our team that another year of hard work has been recognised at such a level.

We are delighted to be a finalist at the 2023 South East Construction Awards in the category of Best Construction Project. It is so satisfying that our teams performance is recognised as being amongst the best in our industry.

We were shortlisted as a finalist in the Construction Expo Awards in the Best Construction Supplier category. It is incredibly pleasing to be acknowledged at this level.

We have been shortlisted in the Negotiator 2022 Awards in recognition of the services that we provide to estate and letting agents. This is a national award scheme with a broad judging panel from across the property industry. We are clearly delighted at being recognised, yet again, at a national level.

We were notified that we were a Finalist at the 2021 Canterbury Business Awards in respect of both the Best Construction Consultant category and for the Innovation category. We were announced the WINNER of the Construction Award at a gala dinner at the Ashford International Hotel on 8th December 2021. We were absolutely thrilled to win this award. We work so hard on our projects and it is wonderful to have this effort and achievement recognised at a regional level.

We were delighted to be notified that we had been SHORTLISTED in the 2021 Negotiator Awards in the Supplier of the Year (Products and Services) category. The shortlist was determined by a panel of 21 judges comprising of Industry Leaders and Property Market experts. A very proud day at GKPC! 

Graham Kinnear, our founder, was shortlisted as a finalist in the 2020 Chartered Institute of Building Construction Manager of the Year Awards in the Rising Star Category.

This brand new category was for rising stars who have demonstrated excellence in their work, the industry and amongst their peers. 

The Construction Manager of the Year Awards (CMYA) has a reputation for showcasing the very finest talent in construction and is unique in the sector as these awards celebrate and recognise the achievements of the person and not the project.

For the second year running we were shortlisted as a Finalist at the Canterbury Business Awards 2020 in the category of Best Construction Business.

At the Award ceremony we were awarded RUNNER UP in the IBAK Business of the Year Award. Clearly we were ecstatic!!

We were finalist for two categories at the 2019 Independent Business Awards Kent namely for the Professional Achievement Award and for the award for IBAK Business of the Year. This was an incredible accolade given that the Awards cover all industry sectors in Kent.

Delighted to be a shortlisted finalist for the second year running at the 2019 Negotiator Awards. We were shortlisted for two categories, namely Supplier of the Year Products and Services and Supplier of the Year Professional Support. It was incredibly pleasing to have our service recognised at a national level.

We were shortlisted as finalist in the 2019 South East Construction Awards for the category of Best Construction Supplier for our surveying services. This was a significant achievement as the awards are entered by many firms from all over the South East of England.

We were also a shortlisted finalist in the category of  Best Construction Project for one of our refurbishment projects to a Grade II listed terrace of regency homes in Ramsgate.

We are delighted to report we were named Finalist in the 2019 Canterbury Business Awards in the Category of Best Construction Business. This is enormously appreciated recognition of the various project management and party wall appointments that we have undertaken throughout the county of Kent.

Our firm were a shortlisted finalist in the Negotiator Awards held in November 2018 in the category Supplier of the Year – Professional Support for our service to Estate Agents.

We provide EPCs, Floor Plans, Legionella Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, Photography and Drone marketing footage for literally hundreds of Estate and Letting Agents. It was incredibly humbling to have our efforts recognised at a national level.  

We are dedicated to providing a superb level of Customer services not only to those who provide us with continual work  but also to those who only have the need to engage us on a “one off” basis. Given that our firm carries the name of our founder, our reputation is everything!
